Great value and location!
If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in a quiet area with easy access to public transportation, this is a great option. The room was very clean and included a modern and comfortable ensuite bathroom. There were also double glazed windows that kept noise from the street to a minimum. The hotel is located near parks and a lake, making it a nice spot for a relaxing walk in nature. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to answer our questions.
While the hotel was clean and comfortable, there were some limitations. There is no air conditioning or fridge in the room, which might be an issue during the summer months.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough. We had the room for 3. We have tasted also the breakfast during our last day and it was quite good. It is very near the tram station and a supermarket.
Distance to the Alexanderplatz is of 20 minutes at least with the tram. Well, for this price, it is actually quite well positioned.

Nice calm neighborhood. 15 min. to Alexanderplatz by "tram" small but good and clean rooms.
Breakfast was poor 2 of the 3 days we spend there. The last day we felt that we were in the way of the staff who loudly were preparing/cleaning up the restaurant. Breakfast was 9EU a day/person.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and had a good breakfast selection. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was friendly.
Our Easter stay was a bit disappointing. The noise level was unbearable at times, making it difficult to sleep.

I loved the spacious and clean room, big bathroom, and friendly staff. The nearby tram station and supermarket were convenient. Free parking available. Great breakfast.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The Hotel staff are well behaved and location was suitable for me.

Great friendly staff, nice to be away from commercial Berlin in a short tram ride away from Alexanderplatz.
Airconditioning would have helped as a bit of a heat wave and a laundry room would have been useful.

Nestled in a quiet district, this hotel in Hohenschoenhausen area offers excellent accessibility to all the main sights via tram. The rooms are basic but clean, with comfortable beds and functional bathrooms. The breakfast is extensive and varied, while the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also boasts the advantage of being close to a supermarket and affordable eateries such as kebab shops and bakeries.
Reception can be unresponsive to overseas calls, resulting in long wait times for check-in.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We liked the cleanliness of the room and the fact that we had a small kitchenette. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of parking available. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was not very close to the centre, but it was easy to get there by tram or on foot.
Nothing to be said.

We chose this hotel because we intended to rent a car, and in that respect it worked out well - there’s plenty of parking opposite. Our room was small, with pleasant basic furnishings. It was clean and comfortable, in modern style. The dining facilites are good - nicely decorated, very pleasant and efficient staff, and prices are modest. The food is ok if you look lightly upon the universal German tendency to turn every dish into a pile of sludge (beware Swabian noodles!). Breakfast is ok but at 9 euros, a bit expensive.
The hotel publicity implied it was situated in expansive grounds but that’s not the case - it’s just on a street corner, about 400 metres walk from a park and lake. The locality, five kilometres from the centre, is in forner east Berlin and 21 years later is still somewhat on the seedy side. The bed was not large enough for two (unless jockeys) but there was a tiny cubicle with an extra single bed that solved that problem. There was space only for one suitcase to be opened. There is no laundry service. Internet wireless in the dining room is cheap at 1.50 euro/hour but appallingly slow to the point of often being useless.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel was basic though functional. For the price paid it was clean, friendly and served our purpose as a base to tour from. would reccommend it to those on a budget.Very accessible by the brilliant public transport system berlin offers.
The only thing I felt the hotel lacked was air conditioning,we were there mid July with 32 degree heat. Would have been nice though for the price we paid its maybe but much to expect.

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family. My wife is disabled, I informed them of this fact, stating that she used and electric wheelchair. The room provided, was almost inaccessible, the toilet in the room was totally inaccessible. SO much so we left the following morning. Do not use this hotel if you have major mobility issues.

A well run hotel with a tram every 20 minutes to Berlin 3 minutes walk away. Reasonably priced with above average sized rooms. Surrounding area pleasant with a lakeside walks nearby. Also walking distance to Berlin SportForum ice hockey and sports halls.
No lounge area available to guests.
